DMALL Buys Back 0.06% of Issued Shares, Boosting Treasury Stock to 35.63 Million Units

DMALL Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 554,000 ordinary shares on 27 April 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 7.14 to HKD 7.32 per share. The volume-weighted average consideration was HKD 7.23, bringing total cash outlay for the day to HKD 4.01 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.06% to 901.86 million. Treasury shares rose to 35.63 million, while the total issued share capital remained unchanged at 937.49 million shares.

The purchases were executed under the general mandate granted on 23 May 2025, which authorises DMALL to buy back up to 89.96 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 35.63 million shares, representing 3.96% of the issued share base on the mandate’s granting date, implying a remaining capacity of approximately 54.33 million shares.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, DMALL is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 27 May 2026. The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s regulations and the company’s previously published explanatory statement.
