Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (BUOU) said it has issued 5,247,119 new units on May, 06 2026 to satisfy 75 per cent of the management fees accrued from Jan, 01 2026 to Mar, 31 2026.

The issuance comprises 4,208,969 units allotted to the REIT manager as part payment of its base fee and 1,038,150 units allotted to FLT Australia Management Pty Ltd for its role as investment manager of FLT Australia Trust. Both managers nominated Frasers Property Industrial Trust Holdings II to receive the units; the nominee paid the managers about 4.13 million Singapore dollars and 1.02 million Singapore dollars respectively, amounts equal to the aggregate issue price of the units received.

All new units were priced at 0.9818 Singapore dollars each, based on the volume-weighted average price for the 10 business days immediately preceding the issue date.

Following the transaction, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust has 3,801,261,635 units in issue. The REIT manager holds 18,248,132 units, representing about 0.48 per cent of the total, while Frasers Property Industrial Trust Holdings II owns 840,140,943 units, or roughly 22.10 per cent.
