Hong Kong-listed CIMC Enric Holdings Limited repurchased 200,000 ordinary shares on 25 September 2026, strengthening its treasury stock position under the company’s ongoing buy-back mandate approved on 20 May 2026.

The on-market transaction was executed at prices ranging between HKD 7.065 and HKD 7.105 per share, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 7.0996. Total consideration amounted to HKD 1.42 million.

Post-transaction, CIMC Enric’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally by 0.0095% to 2.11 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 4.84 million. The company’s overall share count remains at 2.11 billion shares, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury and has not yet been cancelled.

Since receiving shareholder approval for the current mandate—which permits the repurchase of up to 211.30 million shares—the company has bought back 3.31 million shares, equivalent to 0.1565% of the share base at the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, CIMC Enric is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 25 October 2026.

Company Secretary Zhong Yingxin confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
