LX Technology completes HK$1.88 million on-market buyback, 90,000 shares moved to treasury

Hong Kong – LX Technology Group Limited disclosed that on 12 June 2026 it repurchased 90,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HK$1.88 million. The transaction was executed within a price range of HK$20.18 to HK$21.38 per share, implying an average cost of roughly HK$20.90.

Following the buyback, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.03% to 350.08 million, while treasury shares rose to 3.17 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 353.26 million shares, as the repurchased stock is being retained in treasury.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 35.06 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this authority now stand at 495,000 shares, equivalent to 0.14% of issued shares on the mandate’s adoption date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, LX Technology is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 12 July 2026.
