BASiC Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has announced the full adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-less listing regime, effective since 31 December 2023.

Key points • Scope of documents: The electronic distribution covers directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, summary financial reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Access channels: Both English and Chinese versions of every forthcoming corporate communication will be posted on the company’s website (https://www.basicsemi.com) and the HKExnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be mailed by default. • Action required: Non-registered shareholders must provide an email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”) to receive notification when new materials are published online. • Opt-in for hard copy: Shareholders preferring printed documents can submit the prescribed Reply Form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send an email request to Basic.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
