Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 June 2026 on 2 July 2026, confirming no changes in share capital structure during the month.

The authorised share capital remains at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 2.18 billion shares, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end. Consequently, total issued shares, excluding treasury shares, also stood at 2.18 billion.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25 % minimum public float threshold.

Under the share option scheme approved on 3 January 2017, no options were exercised or outstanding as of 30 June 2026. Up to 189.00 million shares remain available for future grants. No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised, and there were no other movements in share capital.

Executive Director Li Jiuchang confirmed that all disclosures meet the Hong Kong Listing Rules and related regulatory requirements.
