According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 1, Chairman Akira Matsuhisa reduced his holding in Morimatsu International by 250,000 shares.

The transaction was executed at a price of HK$9.9912 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$2.4978 million.

Following this disposal, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 766 million shares, representing about 61.53% of the company's total issued shares.
