COMBA Telecom (02342) announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$4.571 billion, representing a slight increase of 0.94% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company was HK$35.02 million, marking a significant turnaround from a loss in the prior year. Earnings per share stood at 1.15 HK cents.
The growth in revenue was attributed to the group's proactive approach in capitalizing on technological advancements and global market trends, coupled with a deep understanding of customer needs. These initiatives enabled the company to deliver stable, high-quality, and cost-effective products and services, which contributed to the revenue increase.
During the year, revenue from China's three major telecommunications operators, China Tower, and their respective subsidiaries rose by 3.7% to HK$1.777 billion (2024: HK$1.714 billion), accounting for 38.9% of the group's total revenue, up from 37.8% in the previous year.
Revenue from other domestic customers in China decreased by 0.7% to HK$425 million (2024: HK$428 million), representing 9.3% of the group's revenue (2024: 9.5%).
In the international market, revenue from international clients and key equipment manufacturers remained stable at HK$2.202 billion (2024: HK$2.208 billion), accounting for 48.2% of total revenue, compared to 48.8% in the prior year.
Revenue from the group's non-wholly owned subsidiary, Laos telecommunications operator ETL Company Limited (ETL), decreased by 6.5% to HK$167 million (2024: HK$178 million), representing 3.6% of the group's revenue (2024: 3.9%).
