EXCELLENCE CM (06969) announced that Mr. Jia Jie has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and as the Company's Joint Company Secretary, effective from December 29, 2025 (the "Resignation Effective Date"), in order to devote more time to his personal affairs. To ensure the continued and effective operation of the Group's financial management, the Board further announced the appointment of Mr. Xia Shigang, the Company's current head of the Financial Management Center, to be fully responsible for the Group's financial management, effective from the Resignation Effective Date. Ms. Cheng Shuhua will continue to serve as the Company Secretary of the Company, effective from December 29, 2025.
