LIANLIAN appoints Wen Yingse as Financial Director following Wei Ping’s resignation

LIANLIAN DigiTech Co., Ltd. announced that Financial Director Wei Ping has stepped down for family reasons, effective 30 June 2026. Wei Ping confirmed there are no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Concurrent with the departure, Deputy Financial Director Wen Yingse, aged 37, assumes the role of Financial Director on the same date. Wen joined LIANLIAN in September 2017 and has held finance manager, vice-president of finance, director of audit and vice-president of audit positions before becoming deputy financial director in November 2025. Her prior experience includes five years as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP, focusing on A-share and H-share IPO and M&A audits.

Wen holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in economics from Zhejiang University, is a PRC-qualified CPA (since January 2013) and a Certified Internal Auditor (since March 2024). She has been granted 190,000 options under each of the 2021 and 2023 Pre-IPO Share Option Schemes—190,000 options have been exercised, while 190,000 remain outstanding.

The Board confirmed that Wen has no relationships with other directors, senior management or major shareholders, holds no additional positions within the Group or external listed directorships, and has no other share interests requiring disclosure.
