GAMEONE (08282) announced that the company proposes to issue up to 19 million rights shares on a "2-for-1" basis at HK$0.60 per rights share, representing a premium of approximately 1.69% over the closing price of HK$0.59 per share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on the last trading day. The total gross proceeds will amount to approximately HK$11.4 million, with net proceeds of approximately HK$10.4 million. About 80.0% of the proceeds will be used within twelve months after completion of the rights issue to support AI-enhanced software development for existing business operations, covering personnel expenses, infrastructure, third-party tools and other miscellaneous expenses, aimed at improving workflow efficiency and software reliability. Approximately 20.0% will be used as general working capital for the group within twelve months after completion of the rights issue.
