Food Empire Holdings Limited announced the transfer of 90,000 treasury shares on Sep, 16 2025, in connection with its Employees’ Share Option Schemes.

Following the transaction, treasury shares declined to 20,295,874 from 20,385,874, reducing their proportion of total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 3.831% from 3.848%. The transferred shares were valued at about 0.08 million Singapore dollars, based on the company’s weighted-average cost of treasury shares on hand.
