Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. disclosed two capital movements dated 2 July 2026 under its latest Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Share option exercise – 20,000 new H-shares were issued following employee exercises under the 2021 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme (non-director participants). – Issue price: RMB 2.96 per share. – Dilution impact: 0.0046 % of the 431.53 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) outstanding before the transaction.

• On-market share repurchase – 232,000 H-shares were bought back on the Exchange for treasury at prices between HK$4.16 and HK$4.25, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$4.2199 per share. – Total cash consideration: HK$0.98 million. – The repurchase represents 0.0538 % of the pre-event issued share base. – Shares repurchased will be held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled to date.

Post-transaction, Lianlian DigiTech’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) stands at 431.31 million shares, down from 431.53 million. Treasury shares increased to 37.50 million, bringing total issued shares (including treasury) to 468.81 million.

Under the general mandate approved on 5 June 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 43.60 million shares; cumulative repurchases now total 5.31 million shares, equivalent to 1.22 % of the issued share count on the mandate date.

Following the latest buyback, Lianlian DigiTech is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 1 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
