BYTE META (ASX: BYT) has announced changes to its board of directors.

Effective June 1, 2026, Mr. Shen Haipeng has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director.

Concurrently, Mr. Shen has stepped down from his roles as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Tan Chenhui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to fill the vacancy.

Mr. Tan will also assume the positions of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
