Green Energy Group Limited announced the completion of its previously disclosed disposals of real estate and related operating assets on 22 May 2026. Following receipt of the agreed consideration and priority notice registration, ownership, possession and all associated risks for the properties and assets have transferred to the respective purchasers.

With these transactions closed, the real estate and assets no longer form part of the Group’s consolidated balance sheet. Consequently, the plastic recycling and metal scrap business segment has been reclassified as discontinued operations.

The Board currently comprises three executive directors—Lo Kam Wing JP, Shao Mingbiao and Ho Wai Hung—and three independent non-executive directors—Tam Chun Wa, Man Kwok Leung and Chan Corrie Wai Yan.
