The board unanimously elected Mr. Zhang Qingmiao and Mr. Zhang Gaolu as Co-Chairmen of the company's fifth-term board, with their terms commencing from the date of approval by the board until the end of the fifth-term board's tenure. Upon assuming the role of Co-Chairman, Mr. Zhang Gaolu's previous position as Vice Chairman was automatically terminated. Additionally, the company convened its first 2025 Workers' Congress on November 28, 2025, electing Mr. Zhang Guangxi as a worker representative director for the fifth-term board. His term will begin on the date of approval by the Workers' Congress and continue until the end of the fifth-term board's tenure.
