FIH (02038) has announced that its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Chief Expertise Limited, intends to make a further capital contribution totaling $58.324 million (equivalent to approximately 1,524,356,064,000 Vietnamese dong) to Fushan Technology (Vietnam) Limited Liability Company. The injection is designated as a long-term investment to support Fushan's working capital and general corporate purposes. This planned capital increase is expected to be completed by the end of June 2026. Following the completion of necessary procedures under Vietnamese law, Fushan's total paid-in capital will rise to 5,503,901,064,000 Vietnamese dong, which will be fully held by Chief Expertise Limited. Fushan's primary business involves manufacturing, processing, and assembly services for mobile devices, audio equipment, computer equipment, optical devices, wearable products (including smart bands and watches), and electronic and telecommunications equipment, as well as related repair services.
