BLOCKFIN HLDG (00888) has announced that Tianzhi Hong Kong CPA Co., Ltd. (Tianzhi Hong Kong) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective July 24, 2026.

This resignation occurred because the company and Tianzhi Hong Kong failed to reach an agreement on audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2026, as well as fees for reviewing the interim report for the six months ending June 30, 2026.

Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Suya Wenshun Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Suya) as the new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy. This appointment is effective from July 24, 2026.

Suya's tenure will continue until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
