Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. (the "Company") issued a notice dated 22 January 2026 to non-registered holders regarding the adoption of electronic dissemination of corporate communications under the expanded paperless listing regime, effective from 31 December 2023.

The arrangement states that all future corporate communications in both English and Chinese will be made available on the Company’s website (www.nanhua.net) and on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Non-registered holders who wish to receive corporate communications should provide their email address to the relevant intermediaries, including banks, brokers, custodians, or HKSCC Nominees Limited.

The notice also indicates that printed versions of future corporate communications remain an option. Recipients may request printed copies by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form or emailing nanhua.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address, and request details. Queries about the arrangement can be addressed to the H Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

The announcement is issued under the name of Chairperson of the Board and Executive Director, Dr. Luo Xufeng, on behalf of Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd.
