On 7 July 2026, COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return detailing its latest share buyback activity on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE: 601919).

The company repurchased 3.00 million A-shares through on-market transactions on 7 July 2026 at prices ranging between RMB 13.69 and RMB 14.07 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was approximately RMB 13.79, bringing the total consideration to RMB 41.36 million.

The shares bought back represent about 0.02% (0.0239%) of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings’ issued share capital of 12.56 billion ordinary A-shares as of 30 June 2026. As at the disclosure date, the repurchased shares remained uncancelled; therefore, the issued share count was unchanged at 12.56 billion.

Management confirmed that the repurchase was authorised by the board and executed in accordance with the listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the applicable regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Upon cancellation, the transaction will marginally reduce the company’s outstanding share base.
