Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited has issued an inside information announcement indicating a substantial year-on-year narrowing of its interim net loss.
For the six months ended 30 June 2026, the Group expects to post a loss attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB50.00 million–RMB80.00 million, a marked improvement from the RMB310.10 million loss recorded in the comparable 2025 period. The projected reduction equates to an estimated 74%–84% year-on-year decline.
Management attributes the improvement primarily to a lower provision for impairment losses across three areas: 1. Trade and other receivables 2. Inventories 3. Goodwill
The disclosed figures are based on the Board’s preliminary review of unaudited consolidated management accounts prepared under HKFRS. Finalised interim results are scheduled for release by end-August 2026 and may be subject to adjustments following auditor review.
Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until the official interim results are announced.
