The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have expanded their investigation into infant botulism cases linked to ByHeart formula, now covering 51 cases across 19 states. Authorities warned the contamination may date back to 2022. All affected products remain under recall.
