Analogue Holdings Ltd (SEHK: 01977) has issued a corporate update regarding a dividend distribution from several years ago.

Under Article 155 of the company's articles of association, any dividends that remain unclaimed for a period of six years following their declaration may be forfeited by the board and returned to corporate ownership. The board has therefore notified shareholders that the interim dividend of HK3.82 cents per share, declared on 28 August 2020, will be subject to forfeiture and transferred back to the company on Monday, 5 October 2026, if still unclaimed by that date.
