Top Eminent Healthcare Group Limited (TE Healthcare) expects to post a consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of about HK$1.00 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, compared with a HK$2.20 million loss in the same period of 2025.
Management attributes the turnaround to steady revenue growth in the core healthcare segment, underpinned by service-portfolio expansion and business-to-consumer initiatives. These gains more than offset litigation-related expenses, including the judgment sum paid to Banclogix System Co., Limited and higher legal fees.
Liquidity remains “solid,” providing a buffer for ongoing operations, according to the Board.
Litigation Update • Banclogix has submitted claims for legal costs arising from High Court Actions 1416 of 2019 and 452 of 2020. • The amount is disputed; absent agreement, final costs will be set through a court taxation process. • The proceedings have not disrupted the Group’s day-to-day healthcare operations.
Next Steps The interim results, currently under audit review, are slated for release by end-August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in TE Healthcare shares until the final figures are announced.
