Top Form International Limited will convene a Special General Meeting (SGM) at 2:00 p.m. on 4 June 2026 at 7/F, Port 33, 33 Tseuk Luk Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Shareholders will vote on an ordinary resolution to approve the 7th Renewal Agreement with Van de Velde N.V. and the related annual sales caps for each of the three financial years ending 30 June 2029.

The share register will be closed from 1 June 2026 to 4 June 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders wishing to attend and vote must ensure transfers are lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 29 May 2026.

Proxy forms, accompanied by any required authority documents, must be submitted to Tricor at least 48 hours before the SGM. Completion of a proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person.

The board currently comprises three executive directors (Wong Chung Chong, Wong Kai Chung Kevin, Wong Kai Chi Kenneth), two non-executive directors (Herman Van de Velde, Lien Van de Velde) and four independent non-executive directors (Leung Churk Yin Jeanny, Wang Man Hon Sidney, Tai Lun Paul, Frederic R. F. Lemoine).
