Credit Bureau Asia Limited announced that its share transfer books and register of members will close at 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 14 2026 to determine shareholders’ entitlement to an interim tax-exempt one-tier dividend of 0.022 Singapore dollars per ordinary share for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Jun, 30 2026.

Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository are credited with the company’s shares as of the book-closure date will qualify for the dividend.

The interim dividend will be paid on Aug, 28 2026.
