The company is reportedly nearing the completion of a $30 billion financing deal for its Hyperion data center in Louisiana, which would represent the largest recorded private capital transaction to date. Meta will retain a 20% ownership stake, while Blue Owl Capital (OWL) will acquire a majority stake. The financing was arranged by Morgan Stanley (MS), underscoring the growing role of private capital in the digital infrastructure sector.
