Pagoda Group Spends HKD0.44 Million to Repurchase 308,000 H-Shares, Outstanding Share Count Falls Slightly

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (Pagoda Group) reported that it bought back 308,000 H-shares on 8 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 1.40 to HKD 1.42, for a total consideration of HKD 0.44 million, implying an average repurchase price of approximately HKD 1.42 per share.

Following the transaction, Pagoda Group’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0156 % to 1.98 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 24.34 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 2.00 billion.

The buyback forms part of a broader mandate approved on 5 June 2026 that allows Pagoda Group to repurchase up to 198.35 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 7.08 million shares, equivalent to 0.36 % of the issuer’s outstanding shares at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Pagoda Group is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 8 October 2026.
