GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) announced that in October 2025, the company sold 2,587 units in self-developed projects, covering approximately 360,000 square meters, with sales revenue reaching RMB12.2 billion. The average selling price stood at RMB33,900 per square meter.

From January to October 2025, the group achieved contracted sales of 3.51 million square meters, totaling RMB120.4 billion in value. Of this, GREENTOWN CHINA's attributable portion amounted to RMB78.8 billion. As of October 31, 2025, the company had signed认购 agreements worth RMB3.4 billion yet to be converted into sales contracts, with its attributable share at RMB2.2 billion.

In October, the group's project management business recorded sales of 850,000 square meters, generating RMB10.1 billion in revenue. Over the 10-month period, this segment delivered 6.18 million square meters in sales, contributing RMB80.7 billion.

Combining both segments, GREENTOWN CHINA's total contracted sales for the first 10 months of 2025 reached 9.69 million square meters, valued at RMB201.1 billion, reflecting a year-on-year decline of approximately 6.47%.
