3D Medicines Inc. announced two administrative changes that will take effect on 4 August 2026.

First, the company has appointed Ms. Leung Ching Ching as its new agent for the acceptance of service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, replacing Ms. Li Ching Yi.

Second, the company’s principal place of business in Hong Kong will relocate to 16/F, Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong on the same effective date.

The decision was approved by the board of directors, currently chaired by Dr. Gong Zhaolong and comprising one executive director, three non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
