Civmec (CVL) reported first-quarter fiscal-2026 revenue of 190.4 million Singapore dollars, generating EBITDA of 23.1 million Singapore dollars and a net profit after tax of 10.5 million Singapore dollars, equal to margins of 12.1 % for EBITA and 5.5 % for NPAT. The company paid a final FY25 dividend of 3.5 Singapore cents per share on Oct, 24 2025.

The quarter marked the first full contribution from Luerssen Australia, acquired on Jul, 01 2025 and renamed Civmec Defence Industries Pty Ltd on Oct, 01 2025. During the period the Commonwealth of Australia accepted NUSHIP Eyre, the second Arafura Class Offshore Patrol Vessel, following successful sea trials. Four additional vessels are under construction at Civmec’s Henderson, Western Australia shipyard.

Operational highlights included awards for CSBP’s sodium cyanide expansion, a major balance-machine upgrade, Fortescue’s Kings Valley process-water tank, and continued work on the Eneabba rare-earths refinery. The Boorloo Bridge project received multiple engineering awards, and long-term service agreements were finalized for Civmec’s Port Hedland and Gladstone facilities.

The order book stood at more than 1.15 billion Singapore dollars as of Sep, 30 2025. Management anticipates higher activity in the second half of FY26, supported by strong tendering across energy, resources, infrastructure, and defence sectors.

Civmec will hold its annual general meeting on Oct, 30 2025 in Singapore, with a live webcast available to shareholders and guests.
