The US Department of Commerce has issued its final ruling, determining that solar products manufactured in India, Indonesia, and Laos have benefited from unfair subsidies.

For India, the final anti-dumping margin has been set at 123.04%, with a corresponding countervailing duty rate of 126.09%.

In the case of Indonesia, the anti-dumping margin was finalized at 94.36%, while the countervailing duty rate ranges from 73.2% to 173.7%.

For Laos, the finalized anti-dumping margin stands at 65.43%, with countervailing duties varying between 82.03% and 153.67%.
