Aspial Lifestyle Limited announced on May, 14 2026 the launch of an equity fund raising aimed at securing gross proceeds of approximately 84.8 million Singapore dollars.

The exercise comprises two parts: • A private placement of 149.254 million new shares at 0.402 Singapore dollars each to raise about 60.0 million Singapore dollars. • A non-renounceable preferential offering of 61.709 million new shares, also priced at 0.402 Singapore dollars, to raise roughly 24.8 million Singapore dollars.

Both issue prices represent a discount of about 8.1% to the volume-weighted average price of 0.4375 Singapore dollars per share recorded on May, 13 2026, the last full trading day before the company called a trading halt.

Net proceeds are earmarked as follows: around 67.8 million Singapore dollars (80%) for general corporate activities such as business expansion, investments and possible strategic acquisitions; roughly 15.3 million Singapore dollars (18%) for working-capital needs and bank-debt repayment; and about 1.7 million Singapore dollars (2%) for transaction expenses.

Following the completion of the fund raising, Aspial Lifestyle’s issued share capital will rise from 1.851 billion to about 2.062 billion shares, enlarging the free float by roughly 11.4% and potentially enhancing trading liquidity.

Controlling shareholders Aspial Corporation Limited and Non-Executive Chairman Koh Wee Seng have irrevocably committed to take up their entire entitlements of 43.69 million and 6.14 million preferential shares respectively. The preferential offering is fully underwritten, while the private placement is on a best-efforts basis by a group of joint placement agents.
