APT Satellite Holdings announced a comprehensive reshuffle of its governance framework, confirming the composition of its Board of Directors and three key committees effective 25 March 2026.

The new 14-member Board is headed by Non-Executive Chairman Sun Jing, with Wang Hongbin and Lu Zheng serving as President and Vice President, respectively. Executive responsibilities remain concentrated in two seats, while seven Non-Executive Directors and four Independent Non-Executive Directors (INEDs) complete the boardroom line-up.

Committee assignments underscore stronger independent oversight. INED Yim Ka Man chairs the Audit and Risk Management Committee, supported exclusively by fellow INEDs Lam Sek Kong, Cui Liguo, and Meng Xingguo. Lam Sek Kong also leads the Nomination Committee, joined by Executive Director Lu Zheng and three INEDs, promoting balanced input on future board appointments. Remuneration matters are steered by INED Cui Liguo as chair, with Lu Zheng, Lam Sek Kong, Meng Xingguo, and Yim Ka Man comprising the rest of the panel.

The updated governance structure positions APT Satellite for tighter risk management and enhanced corporate oversight going forward.
