Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co., Ltd. (Sanhua) has re-aligned its board structure, appointing Mr. Shi Jianhui and Mr. Shao Shuangquan as members of the Strategy Management and ESG Committee, effective 30 June 2026 following board approval.

No other committee assignments were changed. The company’s eighth-session board now consists of: • Executive Directors – Zhang Yabo (Chairman), Wang Dayong, Ni Xiaoming, Chen Yuzhong • Non-executive Directors – Zhang Shaobo, Ren Jintu, Shi Jianhui • Independent Non-executive Directors – Bao Ensi, Pan Yalan, Ge Jun, Shao Shuangquan
