According to the recent announcement, YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123) recorded an approximate RMB2.91 billion in contracted sales value in February 2026, marking a 53.3% year-on-year decrease. The corresponding contracted sales gross floor area reached nearly 106,900 square meters, down 7.6% year-on-year.

From January through February 2026, the aggregate contracted sales value amounted to approximately RMB7.11 billion, reflecting a 44.6% decline year-on-year. The aggregated contracted sales gross floor area stood at around 247,100 square meters, representing a 29.1% decrease compared with the same period last year.
