Life Concepts (08056) announced that on September 30, 2025, the company (as tenant) entered into a one-year lease agreement with the landlord (Forestar Investment Limited) for operating a Chinese restaurant, effective from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, with an option to renew the lease.

The company is required to pay the landlord monthly rent of HK$110,000 or 16% of monthly gross revenue (capped at HK$150,000), whichever is higher (excluding management fees, government rates, and all utility expenses, to be paid in advance on the first day of each calendar month). The property is located on the 28th and 29th floors of Zing! at 38 Yiu Wah Street, Hong Kong.

The group has been operating a Chinese restaurant under the "Dawn and Moonlit" brand name. In view of the success of Dawn and Moonlit private kitchen and to alleviate the frequent overbooking situation at Dawn and Moonlit private kitchen, the company plans to open a second restaurant specializing in private kitchen cuisine under the Dawn and Moonlit brand name. The board of directors believes that opening the new restaurant at this property will bring stable revenue to the group.
