The communication is available in English on the company platform and through HKEXnews for immediate download and review.

Non-registered holders may obtain printed copies by completing the specified request form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s H-share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Local postage is prepaid via the provided mailing label.

Shareholders can choose to receive the English version, the Chinese version or both. All future corporate communications—including annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will follow the preference indicated on the submitted request form.
