Geo Energy Resources Limited said on Oct, 21 2025 that it transferred 120,000 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of employee options granted under the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.

Before the transaction, the company held 2,272,467 treasury shares, equal to about 0.159 % of its 1,432,006,646 issued shares. Post-transfer, treasury shares stood at 2,152,467, or 0.150 % of the updated 1,432,126,646 issued shares.

The transferred shares were valued at approximately 0.03 million Singapore dollars.
