CHINA NEW CONS (08275) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. Revenue stood at HK$12.208 million, representing an 88.5% year-on-year decline. The net loss widened by 495.5% to HK$8.319 million, with a basic loss per share of HK1.1 cents.

The board attributed the increased net loss attributable to shareholders primarily to a significant drop in construction contract revenue, which fell from HK$104.2 million in the six months ended September 30, 2024, to HK$10.6 million in the same period of 2025. This decline was driven by the overall downturn in the property market and reduced project values for new contracts secured by the group during the period.
