Food Empire Holdings Limited disclosed on Mar, 25 2026 that it transferred 25,000 treasury shares from its share buyback account.

The shares were released under the company’s Employees’ Share Option Schemes at a total value of about 0.05 million Singapore dollars.

Following the move, the number of treasury shares held by the company fell to 405,574 from 430,574, reducing its treasury‐share stake from 0.078% to 0.074% of outstanding ordinary shares.
