The prospectus and all accompanying documents (collectively, the “Current Corporate Communication”) are now accessible in electronic form on both the company’s website (www.madison-group.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed communications will find hard copies enclosed with the notification.

Shareholders preferring physical documentation, or those encountering difficulty accessing the online version, may request printed copies at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong), or by emailing 8057-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.

The board reminds shareholders that maintaining a functional email address with the registrar is essential for receiving electronic notices of publication and Actionable Corporate Communications. Until an email address is supplied, such notices will be dispatched in printed form only.
