CDB LEASING (01606) announced on October 29, 2025, that its board of directors has approved a proposed capital injection of $860 million into CDB Aviation Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (CDB Aviation), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Upon completion of the capital increase, CDB LEASING will retain full ownership of CDB Aviation. The funding will be sourced from the company's internal resources.
