EB Securities (Everbright Securities Company Limited) announced on 18 September 2026 that Mr. Liu Qiuming has resigned, with immediate effect, from his positions as Executive Director, President, member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and Legal Representative. The departure is attributed to the conclusion of his tenure.

The company confirmed that Mr. Liu leaves with no outstanding public undertakings, holds no further roles within EB Securities or its controlled subsidiaries, and has no disagreements with the Board. His resignation does not reduce the Board below the statutory minimum number of directors, allowing normal corporate governance to continue.

Chairman Mr. Zhao Ling expressed appreciation for Mr. Liu’s contributions and indicated that EB Securities will initiate procedures to elect a new director and appoint a new president and legal representative in accordance with relevant regulations.

Following the change, the Board consists of 11 members: one Executive Director (Chairman Zhao Ling), five Non-executive Directors (including one Employee Director), and five Independent Non-executive Directors.
