Xi’an Haitian Antenna Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Haitian Antenna”) has released its circular for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), outlining several key proposals for shareholder approval on 29 June 2026 in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province.

Key AGM Proposals 1. Director Re-election and Remuneration • Non-executive Director Mr Gu Zhongquan, appointed on 14 May 2026, will stand for re-election for a new term ending 27 June 2028. • Subject to approval, Mr Gu will enter into a service agreement with the company and receive a monthly remuneration of RMB1,000.

2. General Mandate to Issue Shares • The Board seeks a 12-month general mandate to allot and issue up to 20% of each class of existing share capital. – Domestic Shares in issue (Latest Practicable Date: 27 May 2026): 1.25 billion; mandate allows up to 250.37 million additional Domestic Shares. – H Shares in issue: 645.76 million; mandate allows up to 129.15 million additional H Shares. • The mandate will lapse on the earlier of (i) the next AGM, (ii) 12 months from approval, or (iii) revocation/variation by shareholders.

3. Auditor Re-appointment • SHINEWING Certified Public Accountants LLP is nominated for re-appointment as external auditor for FY 2026. • Audit fees are estimated between RMB0.45 million and RMB0.55 million, subject to any changes in audit scope.

Logistics and Voting • The AGM will be held on 29 June 2026 at 2:30 p.m. in the company’s conference room, No. 25 Shuoshi Road, Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Xi’an. • The share register will be closed from 24 June to 29 June 2026 (both days inclusive); shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 4:30 p.m. on 23 June 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting rights. • Proxy forms must be submitted at least 24 hours before the meeting.
