JTF INTL (JTF International Holdings Ltd.) released unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, highlighting a sharp rebound driven by higher refined-oil prices and volumes.

Revenue and Profitability • Revenue jumped 169% year on year to RMB 1.06 billion, propelled mainly by refined-oil sales, which rose to RMB 740.66 million from RMB 204.73 million. • Gross profit expanded to RMB 71.68 million (1H 2025: RMB 10.84 million), lifting the overall gross margin to 6.8% from 2.8%. • Net profit reached RMB 37.50 million, reversing the prior-year loss of RMB 5.30 million. Basic EPS was RMB 0.04, compared with a loss per share of RMB 0.006 a year earlier.

Segment Performance • Refined oil: Gross profit RMB 72.84 million; margin 9.8% (1H 2025: 3.2%). Sales volume more than tripled to 103,259 tonnes, boosted by higher demand and inventory acquired at lower costs before the Middle East-related price spike. • Other petrochemical products: Recorded a gross loss of RMB 15.24 million amid sharp price swings in domestic C6 components. • Fuel oil: Maintained positive but modest contribution with a RMB 1.03 million gross profit and 3.4% margin. • Service income from outport trade rose to RMB 13.04 million (1H 2025: RMB 7.19 million).

Cost and Expense Dynamics • Cost of sales climbed to RMB 985.63 million, matching the volume and price increases. • Distribution expenses increased 56.1% to RMB 7.62 million, while administrative expenses rose 44.6% to RMB 8.57 million, reflecting higher professional fees and inventory adjustments. • Net finance income swung to RMB 1.55 million from an expense of RMB 0.74 million, driven by higher interest income on bank deposits.

Balance Sheet Highlights (30 June 2026) • Total assets: RMB 688.37 million; equity: RMB 449.68 million. • Cash and cash equivalents: RMB 20.81 million (31 Dec 2025: RMB 31.94 million). • Inventories increased to RMB 265.33 million, while pledged deposits fell to RMB 127.16 million, backing RMB 127.16 million of bills payables. • The group remained debt-free; current ratio stood at approximately 3.2x.

Cash Flow • Operating activities used RMB 189.93 million, reflecting working-capital expansion. • Investing activities generated RMB 179.17 million, mainly from a reduction in pledged deposits. • Net cash outflow for the period was RMB 11.01 million.

Capital Expenditure and Commitments • Capex was minimal at RMB 0.18 million; no significant capital commitments were outstanding at period-end.

Post-Period Event • On 5 August 2026, the company completed a placing of 186 million new shares at HK$0.69 each.

Dividend • No interim dividend was declared.

Governance • The Board reported full compliance with the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Code and confirmed no purchases, sales, or redemptions of its listed securities during the period.
