A JPMorgan Chase survey of US Treasury clients showed that in the week ending February 9, the proportion of long positions increased by 4 percentage points, while short positions decreased by 5 percentage points. Neutral positions rose by 1 percentage point. The net long percentage reached its highest level since December 15 of last year.
