Li Auto Executes USD 2.57 Million Share Buyback; Treasury Shares Climb to 84.71 Million

Li Auto Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 0.38 million Class A WVR ordinary shares on 31 July 2026 via the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between USD 6.665 and USD 6.815, representing a volume-weighted average cost of USD 6.7462 per share, for a total cash outlay of USD 2.57 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.73 billion shares, down 0.022 %, while its treasury stock position expanded to 84.71 million shares. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 1.82 billion.

The buyback formed part of the repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorizes Li Auto to repurchase up to 214.28 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 65.12 million shares, equivalent to 3.04 % of the shares outstanding at the mandate’s adoption date, leaving capacity for a further 149.16 million shares.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Li Auto is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 30 August 2026.
