Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. (Tigermed) announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has opened an investigation into two of its directors and controlling shareholders, Mr. Ye Xiaoping and Ms. Cao Xiaochun, for alleged violations of information-disclosure requirements related to changes in their shareholdings.
The company received the CSRC’s case-filing notice on 12 May 2026. The investigation is being conducted under the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law. Tigermed stated that both individuals will fully cooperate with regulators and comply with all disclosure obligations.
According to the board, the Group’s business operations remain normal, and management does not expect the probe to disrupt day-to-day activities. The company will issue further announcements as developments occur.
Tigermed advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading its shares. The board is chaired by Mr. Ye Xiaoping; the board currently comprises four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
