E-HOUSE ENT Holdings (02048) announced that the company is greatly encouraged by the strong support from its offshore debt holders for the restructuring. It is pleased to announce that as of 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026 (Hong Kong Time), holders of approximately 69.55% of the total outstanding principal amount of the offshore debt have joined and/or have agreed and are taking steps to join the Restructuring Support Agreement. These offshore debt holders will be bound by the terms of the Restructuring Support Agreement as if they were original parties to the agreement as consenting creditors, following the effective signing and submission of their respective Accession Letters and Restricted Note Notices. To facilitate note holders in reviewing the restructuring plan and completing the accession process, the company hereby announces that it has immediately extended the deadline for the Restructuring Support Agreement from 4:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026 (London Time) to 4:00 p.m. on January 30, 2026 (London Time).
